Hello friends.
Today, I am here with my special recipe of ‘paneer’ which, I call “ Paneer
Platter “. It is easy to make and tastes yummy . We will be needing just these
ingredients :
(2) Bell peppers
and capsicum. ( 1 pc each ).
(3) Salt . ( 1 tea spoon.
(4) Chili paste .( 2 teaspoon).
(5) Cashew paste . ( 10 pcs of cashew).
(6) Ginger paste . ( 1 tea spoon).
(7) White oil.
(8) Paste of poppy seeds (100 gms of poppy).
Now that you have arranged all the ingredients, just follow these STEPS :

(1) Heat white oil in pan.
(2) Fry the paneer slices in low heat till they
become golden brown. Don’t burn them.
(3) Add the bell peppers and capsicum slices.
(4) Make a batter of cashew paste, paste of poppy seeds , chili and
ginger .
(5) Pour the batter .
(6) Add 1/4th cup of water.
(7) Cook for around 2-3 minutes .
The dish is now ready. Garnish it well and
