Pineapple Cake

Pineapple cake is very easy to make and it will take you max 1 hour. The simple ingredients required are:
(1) 2 cups all-purpose flour
(2) 1/2 teaspoon salt 3 teaspoons baking powder
(3) 2 1/2 cups  sugar
(4) 1/2 cup milk
(5) 1 cup  pineapple juice.
(6) 1/2 cup vegetable oil (use canola, sunflower or pea nut; olive is not recommended).
(7) 2 eggs
(8) 6 tablespoons butter
(9) 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
(10)                    Optional: dry fruits.
(11)                    Whipped cream.
(12)                    Small pieces of pineapple.

Now that you have all the ingredients ready, follow these easy steps:
(1) Mix eggs, flour, sugar, milk, pineapple juice, butter and baking powder well in a bowl.
(2) Make the batter well.
(3)  Add the vanilla extract.                                           
(4)  Mix again at least for 10 minutes.
(5) Add the dry fruits as per your choice.
(6) Now grease the baking pan with vegetable oil.
(7) Pre heat the oven to 350 degrees F.
(8)  Pour the batter in the pan.
(9)  Bake for 35-40 minutes. Check occasionally if your cake is done. Use a fork or a pricking stick for it. The pineapple cake is usually sticky in texture. So don’t worry if it does not turn out to be very fluffy. 


   Now your cake is ready. Use whipped cream and small pieces of pineapple as your icing. Note: Do not use chocolate. Enjoy. J

Orange Cake

Orange cake is very easy to make and it will take you max 1 hour. The  simple ingredients required are:
(1) 2 cups all-purpose flour
(2) 1/2 teaspoon salt 3 teaspoons baking powder  
(3) 1 1/2 cups  sugar
(4) 1/2 cup milk
(5) 1/2 cup orange juice
(6) 1/2 cup vegetable oil ( use canola, sunflower or pea nut; olive is not recommended).
(7) 2 eggs
(8) 1/2 teaspoon grated orange zest
(9)  6 tablespoons butter
(10)                    1 teaspoon vanilla extract
(11)                    Optional: dry fruits, cherry.
(12)                    Whipped cream (optional).
(13)                    Jam. (optional).

(1) Mix eggs, flour, sugar, milk orange juice, orange zest, butter and baking powder well in a bowl.
(2) Make the batter well.
(3)  Add the vanilla extract.
(4)  Mix again at least for 10 minutes.
(5) Add the dry fruits and cherry as per your choice.
(6) Now grease the baking pan with vegetable oil.
(7) Pre heat the oven to 350 degrees F.
(8)  Pour the batter in the pan.

   Now your cake is ready. You can use whipped cream or jam as icing or simply add the remaining dry fruits or cherry as per your choice. You may would like to use orange cream as an icing but I would personally would not recommend it as it submerges the flavor of the cake. Enjoy.
