CHICKEN : INDIAN SPICY CURRY


Hello everyone, I am back with another recipe of chicken . It is a spicy Indian chicken curry I made and turned out to be a wonderful side dish for dinner. To make this, you need :
1) 500 gm of chicken
(2) Poppy paste ( 100 gm of poppy).
(3) Coriander powder. (2 tablesppon).
(4) Ginger paste . ( 6 table spoon).
(5) Chili paste . ( 3 chili )
(6) Pepper.
(7) Coriander leaves.
(8) Onion Paste. ( 3 onions).
(9) Garlic paste . ( ½ garlic).
(  (10)Salt.
(  (11)Turmeric powder.
(   (12) Cumin powder ( 2 tablespoon).
(   (13)Sunflower oil.
Now that you have all the ingredients arranged, just follow these simple steps :
  1. Heat oil in pan.
  2. Add onion paste, garlic paste, salt , and chili paste.
  3. Then after a few minutes, add the poppy paste, cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric and coriander leaves.
  4. Cook for around 5 minutes.
  5. Then add the chicken.
  6. Add ¾ th cup of water and cook for around 15 minutes.
    Now your dish is ready to be served. Enjoy :)

CUPCAKES : EASY TO MAKE


Chocolate cup cakes are pretty easy to make and can be served as a yummy treat. I often make cupcakes at home. And here is the easy recipe for you all. The quantity of ingredients given here is enough to bake 12 cupcakes. The ingredients used are :
  1. 1and 1/3 cups all-purpose flour
  2. 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
  3. 2 teaspoons baking powder
  4. 3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  5. 1/8 teaspoon salt
  6. 3 tablespoons butter, melted.
  7. 2 cups white sugar
  8. 2 eggs
  9. 3/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  10. 1 cup milk
    Now that you have all the ingredients arranged, just follow these simple Steps :
    (1) Add flower, baking soda, baking powder, salt and sugar in a medium- sized bowl. Mix well. Add milk and keep on mixing it. Then add eggs and vanilla extract and the cocoa powder. Make the batter well.
    (2) Pre heat oven to 350 degrees.
    (3) Place your paper baking cups in your cup cake moulds. Or, instead of placing baking paper ups, you can coat the inner layer of cup cake moulds with melted butter .
    (4) Pour in the batter filling ¾ th of each cup.
    (5) Bake for 20-25 minutes.
    (6) Insert a tooth pick or a fork into the cupcake and see if it comes out clean. If it does, then your cupcake is ready.
    (6) Cool in normal temperature for 30 minutes.
    (7) You can do the icing as per your choice.

PANEER PLATTER

Hello friends. Today, I am here with my special recipe of ‘paneer’ which, I call “ Paneer Platter “. It is easy to make and tastes yummy . We will be needing just these ingredients :
(1) 500 gm of paneer .
(2)  Bell peppers  and capsicum. ( 1 pc each ).
(3) Salt . ( 1 tea spoon.
(4) Chili paste .( 2 teaspoon).
(5)  Cashew paste . ( 10 pcs of cashew).
(6) Ginger paste . ( 1 tea spoon).
(7) White oil.

(8)  Paste of poppy seeds (100 gms of poppy). 
Now that you have arranged all the ingredients, just follow these STEPS :
(1) Heat white oil in pan.
(2)  Fry the paneer slices in low heat till they become golden brown. Don’t burn them.
(3)  Add the bell peppers and capsicum slices.
(4)  Make a batter of cashew paste, paste of poppy seeds ,  chili and ginger .
(5)  Pour the batter .
(6) Add 1/4th cup of water.
(7) Cook for around 2-3 minutes .
     The dish is now ready. Garnish it well and serve with rice or roti. Enjoy J Looking forward to your feedback .

CORIANDER CHATPATA : DHONEY CHUTNEY

The idea of making this dhoner chutney, Coriander Chatpata came from my decision of making a desert for my friends, which would not  be sweet. I experimented with certain flavors I love and the result turned out to be good. The appreciation I got from my friends led me to share the recipe with you all. Here are the ingredients you need :
(1) 100 gm coriander leaves.
(2) 1 tea spoon chili paste.
(3) Salt ( half tea spoon).
(4) 4 cashew nuts. ( For garnishing, take more ).
(5) Chaat Masala.
 (6) Lime juice ( 2 tablespoon).
(7) Raisin ( Optional).

Now that you have all the ingredients ready, just follow these easy simple steps :
(1) Wash the coriander leaves well.
(2) Put the coriander leaves and cashew in a mixer. Add one tablespoon of water. Grind well.
(3) Take the mixture in a bowl, add salt , chili paste, 2 tablespoon of chaat masala , lime juice and mix well.

        Your Coriander Chatpata is ready . Garnish with cashew nuts , coriander leaves and raisin . Usually , this goes well with chapatti and bread but I have served it as a desert after a lunch where I made rice. It blended perfectly well with the menu. Enjoy J
